NYC Day 3 – The Highline, Freedom Tower & Ramen Burger

Hey friends! For the last part of this New York City series, I went to the Chelsea area and the beautiful 9/11 memorial. The day started off in the meatpacking district where we went to an open air market and the famous Chelsea Market. Collectively, my unusual but amazing breakfast was:

  1. Raspberry, lychee and rose water jam crepe (very sweet, but good)
  2. Key lime pie macaroon (semi-squished from being in my purse while I walked around the market)
  3. Almond croissant (heaven in a crescent shaped pastry)

All of which were some of the best things I’ve eaten. Next, I went to the Freedom Tower and it was the most beautiful memorial ever. However, I almost passed out from the extreme heat and needed to go sit down on the third floor of a Century 21. And finally, I ended the trip with the Ramen Company to eat the infamous ramen burger. You’ll see.
