5 Wicked Cool Things (November)

Hey friends! Some say that November is considered to be the “Thursday” of all the months. It makes sense since December is like the impending Friday for the year. Does anyone else feel like this year has went by really fast?

1) Tarte Energy Noir Clay Palette

As I continue with my newly found makeup rampage, I bought the Energy Noir Palette from Tarte. It’s basically an all-in-one type product since it comes with eyeshadows, a blush and a highlighter. Smoky shadows = more witchiness (which is my favorite type of look).

2) NYX Matte Lipsticks

When I can’t stay in the lines of my mouth with dark lipsticks, I go for the NYX matte lipstick in the shade Whipped Caviar. It’s hydrating for a matte lipstick, and after I eat it doesn’t look like there is a ring of color around my mouth.

3) Marvel’s Jessica Jones

This is one of those rare times where I knew I was going to like a show even before watching it. Jessica Jones is a new favorite TV show of mine. It’s dark and complex with amazing characters. What I like most is that Jessica is a very relatable hero. Instead of tights and a cape, her apparel is a leather jacket. She does have super strength, but that is more of a supporting aspect to her investigating skills and strength as a person. This show deals with very real issues in a very well done manner. Also, if you got to the end of this longer description, then 10 wicked points for you!

4) James Bay

James Bay’s The Chaos and the Calm came out recently. I really do like all of the songs on his album, which is a rarity for me. His songs will literally make you want to buy a guitar for yourself!

5) My Guitar!

Speaking of buying a guitar, I been wanting to learn how to play for a while now; so I used a dusty Amazon gift card to get one! Knowing me, I won’t get to James Bay skills until…well never. But I’ll try anyways.
