Hey friends! Let’s just go right into my collective favorites for January and February!
1) Halsey
Halsey is in my favorites for the entire 2016 and it’s only the beginning of the year. Her music has a completely unique sound, and her honest lyrics are a huge reason why I am able to listen without distraction. I bought the full Badlands album, Room 93 EP and the 1 mic, 1 take versions. Yeah, you could say that I’m a bit obsessed.
2) Master of None
Master of None is a Netflix original comedy created by and starring Aziz Ansari. I really enjoy Master of None because it’s not only hilarious, but it’s also insightful about social matters such as lack of diversity in the media and gender equality. It’s not only Aziz, but the entire cast that makes the show what it is. My favorite episodes are Indians on TV and Ladies and Gentlemen.
3) Sephora Cream Lip Stain (01 Always Red)
I decided to try these liquid lipsticks after hearing a lot about them. Red lipsticks always seem to introduce a “put-togetherness,” but also a quick sloppiness when I go out of the lines of my lips with it.

4) Cauliflower Buffalo Bites
If I make a pan of these things, I will eat all of them. Regardless of how full they actually make me. They are spicy and tangy, but are also really healthy. For a long time, I thought cauliflower was kind of like flavorless broccoli, but now I can’t get enough of them. I might even put the quick recipe up sometime later.

5) 1984 (Written by: George Orwell)
I’ve really been enjoying reading thought-provoking classics and I did not want to put this book down. The book is fascinating and centers on a world where war is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength and Big Brother is always watching. It’s set in a repressed world that speaks a sense of truth about how the world is and could be, and a book that was written way before its time.
I love Halsey 😱 Great posthttps://thestylishstarlet.wordpress.com/
