Hey friends! I’ve decided to start a series about “The Morning Rush” for mornings when you can’t be bothered to do anything, which is practically every one of them. I am not a morning person at all. If anyone talks to me before I have coffee, I’ll probably say things I don’t mean. Yeah, I’m one of those people. Also, these photos were taken when my hair was still long. I’ve chopped most of it off since then!
Most mornings I put sleep in front of anything else, so that means rushing to get ready. Rushing for me basically consists of shakily swiping on eyeliner and throwing on a combination of clothes after sitting on my bed for ten minutes. The order usually goes: pants (usually jeans), some type of top, and a jacket or flannel. I really cherish this top because it has a quote from one of my all-time favorite writers/poets: Edgar Allan Poe.
“For the moon never beams, without bringing me dreams Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;”
-Edgar Allan Poe
